Delivery/Performance

The delivery of your goods will be made to the address you specify in your order. Within the Klang Valley area, you can typically expect your delivery within 3-5 working days.

Please note that GC2U.COM reserves the right to subcontract any or all of its obligations for the sale and delivery of goods to other parties as needed, without prior notice to the buyer. While we make every effort to meet the quoted delivery dates, please be aware that they are approximate and delays may occur. The timing of delivery or performance is not considered critical, and GC2U.COM will not be held liable for any delays, regardless of their cause. In-Store Pickup

For online purchases, you also have the convenient option to pick up your order from your nearest Gain City Parts Sdn Bhd store and avoid delivery charges. To choose this option, simply select "Pick Up In-Store" during the checkout process and specify your preferred location. Once your payment is completed, you will receive an email order confirmation. The store will then contact you directly to confirm when your order will be ready for pickup. Please keep in mind that only the individual who placed the order is authorized to pick it up. When collecting your items, you'll need to provide a copy of your order, your NRIC (National Registration Identity Card), and the credit card used for the purchase (unless you paid via FPX, in which case, your credit card is not required). Order Tracking

a. After confirming your order, you will promptly receive an Invoice email to acknowledge its receipt. b. Once your parcel is prepared for shipping, you will receive a Delivery Confirmation email containing a unique tracking code. c. To check the status of your order, please sign in to your account. d. Keep in mind that there may be a slight delay of a few hours before the tracking code becomes active within the system, after receiving the Delivery Confirmation email. e. If you don't see any delivery updates within a week of receiving the confirmation email, we kindly ask you to contact our dedicated customer service team via email at [email protected] for further assistance.
