GCP Membership Programme


GCP Membership Terms and Conditions:

A.) GENERAL   

1. This membership agreement is between the applicant for this membership and Gain City Parts Sdn. Bhd. (GCP) and is not transferrable to 3rd party.
2. By applying for GCP E-Points, the applicant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions, and any modifications by GCP without prior notice. GCP may revoke a Member's membership at any time for a Member's failure to abide by the terms and conditions.
3. No physical membership card will be issued for the GCP Members.
4. Fraud, improper use, and any misconduct involving the acquisition or use of E-points may result in immediate cancellation, suspension, or termination of CMP E-Point.
5. GCP does not guarantee all marketing materials will be received by its members.
6. GCP reserves the right to amend any part of the terms and conditions, membership benefits, and policies at any time without prior notice. Members are responsible for reviewing the Terms & Conditions published by GCP from time to time.

B.) ELIGIBILITY & REGISTRATION

1. GCP E-Points is open to individuals aged 18 and above with a Malaysian registered phone number.
2. Applicants may apply for GCP E-Points online or at any GCP Outlets in Malaysia, providing their required personal informations. 
3. GCP will not be held responsible for any false or inaccurate information provided by the applicant. The applicant is required to ensure all information is accurate and up to date. Failure to do so may result in the suspension or termination of membership.

C.) IMP E-Points

Earning Points:

  • Spare Parts: RM1 = 1 point
  • Non-Inverter Air-Conditioners / Ceiling Fans: 1 set = 1 point
  • Inverter Air-Conditioners / Air Purifiers: 1 set = 2 points

Air conditioner sales are valid for any brand of air conditioner sold by GCP as a complete set. Spare parts sales are valid for any air conditioner spare part, such as copper, PC boards, fan motors, etc.

Members must provide membership information, such as a phone number or identification number, for every purchase to earn points. GCP is not responsible for unearned points due to the member’s failure to present membership information.

IMP E-Points are earned after every successful transaction, following the delivery of goods. Points will be automatically deducted for any canceled or refunded purchases.

Redemption:

  • Points can only be redeemed online.
  • Purchases made using E-Points for redemption will not earn additional E-Points.
  • Members must provide their phone number and full name for verification. The name on the identification card and the invoice must match.
  • E-Points cannot be exchanged for cash and must be used within the valid redemption period. GCP is not responsible for expired or unclaimed points.

E.) Privacy & Personal Data Protection

a.) GCP may use, collect, and share your personal information for reference in the GCP Membership Programme. 
b.) GCP may use your personal details and necessary information for order processing, delivery, marketing, and any other reasonable means deemed required by GCP. 
c.) Members are responsible for ensuring that all information provided to GCP is accurate and up to date. Any changes to a member's personal information must be promptly notified to GCP for modification.
d.) In the event that any third-party personal information is disclosed or used by a member, the member is responsible for obtaining consent from the third-party to release their personal information for processing by GCP. By submitting information on behalf of a third-party, members are solely responsible for any discrepancies arising from the information provided to GCP.
e.) By registering for the GCP E-Points program, you agree and consent to receive marketing materials and advertising content from GCP.
f.) Members can choose to leave the program at any time. Members are required to inform GCP to cancel their membership account. Accumulated points will be erased once the membership account is canceled.
g.) Gain City Parts Sdn. Bhd is the final authority in the interpretation of these terms and conditions for any questions of disputes.
