IMP E-Points Terms and Conditions

First of all, we would like to express a BIG thank you for your strong support to Gain City Parts Sdn. Bhd.  (GCP). As an appreciation of your efforts and encouragement to continue your support for Gain City Parts, we are glad to announce the member new scheme.

All IMP members will be automatically renewed if the sales amount is more than RM50K per year, otherwise, re-application is needed.

IMP PRIVILEGES:

• Earn point to redeem cash voucher
• Exclusive invitations on GCP annual dinner
  
• Exclusive birthday voucher
• Exclusive special promotions price
• Exclusive special member rebate (seasonal)

A) GENERAL

This membership agreement is between the applicant for this membership and Gain City Parts Sdn. Bhd. (GCP) and is not transferrable to 3rd party.

By applying for IMP E-Points, the applicant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions, and any modifications by GCP without prior notice. GCP may revoke a Member's membership at any time for a Member's failure to abide by the terms and conditions.

No physical membership card will be issued for the IMP. Fraud, improper use, and any misconduct involving the acquisition or use of E-points may result in immediate cancellation, suspension, or termination of IMP E-Point.

GCP reserves the right to amend any part of the terms and conditions, membership benefits, and policies at any time without prior notice. Members are responsible for reviewing the Terms & Conditions published by GCP from time to time.

GCP does not guarantee all marketing materials will be received by its members.

B) ELIGIBILITY & REGISTRATION

IMP E-Points is open to individuals aged 18 and above with a Malaysian registered phone number.

Applicants may apply for IMP E-Points online or at any GCP Outlets in Malaysia, providing their MyKad (NRIC) or Passport, and other required information.

GCP will not be held responsible for any false or inaccurate information provided by the applicant. The applicant is required to ensure all information is accurate and up to date. Failure to do so may result in the suspension or termination of membership.

C) IMP E-POINTS

Earning Point

• Air conditioner sales are valid for any brand of air conditioner selling in GCP in complete set.
  
• Spare parts sales are valid for any air-conditioner spare part, for e.g., copper, PC board, fan motor, and etc

Members are required to provide membership information, such as a phone number or identification number, for every purchase to collect points. GCP will not be held responsible for any unearned points due to a member's failure to present membership information.

IMP E-Points are earned after every successful transaction, following the delivery of goods. Points will be automatically deducted for any canceled or refunded purchase.

IMP E-Points can only be redeemed for your next purchase and must be done online.

All project sales and promotion prices are NOT eligible for point calculation.

Point Redemption

Points can be redeemed as a form of payment for any purchases, whether online or offline.

Any purchases utilizing E-Points redemption will not entitle the member to earn additional E-Points.

Members are required to provide their phone number and full name for verification purposes. The name on the identification card and the name on the invoice must be identical to secure.

E-Points can be redeemed as a form of payment. However, E-Points CANNOT be exchanged for cash and can strictly be used during the valid redemption period.

GCP shall not be held responsible for the expiration and unclaimed points by the member.

D) PRIVACY & PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

GCP may use, collect, and share your personal information for reference in the IMP.

GCP may use your personal details and necessary information for marketing, order processing, delivery, and any other reasonable means deemed required by IMP.

Members are responsible for ensuring that all information provided to GCP is accurate and up to date. Any changes to a member's personal information must be promptly notified to GCP for modification.

In the event that any third-party personal information is disclosed or used by a member, the member is responsible for obtaining consent from the third-party to release their personal information for processing by GCP. By submitting information on behalf of a third-party, members are solely responsible for any discrepancies arising from the information provided to GCP.

By registering for the IMP E-Points program, you agree and consent to receive marketing materials and advertising content from GCP.

Members can choose to leave the program at any time. Members are required to inform GCP to cancel their membership account. Accumulated points will be erased once the membership account is canceled.

Gain City Parts Sdn. Bhd is the final authority in the interpretation of these terms and conditions for any questions of disputes.
