Exchange & Refund Policy
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. Once we have checked and confirmed the goods/products, we will take up to 7 working days to process a refund to your original payment method. Our return policy allows for the return of item(s) and offers the choice of a full refund or a replacement item(s) within 7 days. However, we do have specific requirements for processing a return.
You may want to return your order for any of the following reasons:
- Defect: The product does not function as described in its manufacturer's specification.
- Incorrect/Wrong Item: Not the product you ordered.
- Missing Item/Parts: Items or parts are missing as indicated in the packaging.
- All purchases at www.gc2u.com.my are eligible for a 7-day refund period.
- Proof of purchase (invoice/receipt) must be submitted for return/refund.
- The goods must be in new condition and returned in the original, unopened packaging, along with all original accessories (including manuals, warranty cards, certificates of authenticity, and free gifts).
- The product must not have been used or installed.
- All item labels and barcodes must remain in their original condition.
Gain City Parts Sdn Bhd reserves the right to determine if the product is faulty or defective, and one of the following options will be offered:
- Service/Repair: Gain City Parts Sdn Bhd will have the product repaired; however, once serviced, the product is no longer eligible for replacement.
- Replacement: The same product that was purchased at www.gc2u.com.my.
The product must be deemed faulty or defective by our Quality Control Team. This may include inspection of the goods, arranging for the goods to be sent for repair, or providing the customer with a replacement.
Gain City Parts Sdn Bhd reserves the right to reject any return, exchange, or refund that is deemed unfit or unreasonable.
